ON ORDERING

 

Can I order a bouquet for a gift?

Yes, by choosing single order. We will package the blooms as gift. Please order 3 days prior to the delivery day.

Can I choose particular flowers?

We aim to offer you refreshing floral design with seasonally picked "Blooms of the Week". You can order here for customized flower arrangements.

 

Can I have a Lily-free subscription?

Definitely, Lilies can be toxic to household pets like cats. And we will also avoid using Amaryllis, Daffodils, Tulips, Hyacinths, Iris, Gladiolas to protect your lovely pets. Leave us a message when you place the order informing us for lily-free subscription.

Can you offer arrangement for my beloved vase?

Definitely! Please contact us here for customized flower subscription.

ON DELIVERY 

Is there any delivery charge?

It’s FREE within Discovery Bay.

 

When will I receive my first arrangement?

We schedule to send your blooms on the nearest delivery date for order made minimum 3 days in advanced. Otherwise the next delivery date in schedule.

 

Can I reschedule delivery when I’m away from Hong Kong?

Yes. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to the next delivery day.

 

Any reminder on the week of delivery?

Yes, we will send you a message one day before the scheduled date for kind reminder.

 

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

We hope to deliver to your hand. However we will place your flower safely at the management office of your home or at your door if you prefer. And we will subsequently text you with photos of flowers for your update.

  • All products and services are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • All flowers and plants are all hand picked by us and we work hard to keep them in best condition. We appreciate any natural variation in colors and shapes of flowers as perfect imperfection and hope you do too as well.

  • Flowers and plants are fragile, so we do the delivery your flowers ourselves safely.  Exact delivery time may subject to traffic situations.

  • For Typhoon 8 and above & Black Rainstorm Signal: The flowers will be delivered later of the day or on the next available day. We will keep you updated.
